The Church was inaugurated in 2005, as the seat of the parish created in 1992, dedicated to the founder of the Franciscan Conceptionist Sisters. The façade of the building is composed of three distinct blocks: the central building in Moleano stone shows the façade of a temple, with contiguous buildings in both sides to be used by the parish community. Inside, the translucent dome enlightens the temple, where the image of the Patroness and a wood carved side-aisle altarpiece can be seen.
